All new items may be returned with tags intact within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. In-store returns can be made in-person by visiting us during business hours.
For online returns, all new items may be returned by mail, with packaging and tags intact within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Please note, customer is responsible for arranging shipping and any costs associated with return shipping.
pre-loved consignment
Due to the nature of consignment, all pre-loved consignment sales are final.
