At KNOCKED, consigning isn’t just about clearing out space (though, let’s be honest, that feels great too). It’s about passing things forward, supporting other families, and choosing sustainable options along the way.
Whether you’re making room, starting fresh, or just ready to part ways with what’s no longer serving you, we’re here to make it easy. You lighten the load, your well-loved pieces find new homes, and you earn a little something back. Win, win, win.
prepare your items
Please follow these guidelines when preparing your items:
- One drop-off bag containing no more than 50 items will be accepted per drop-off
- Each drop-off bag must be clearly labelled with your name, phone number, and indicate whether you prefer us to donate or return any items we are unable to accept.
Items must be:
- Freshly laundered
- Free of stains, rips, excessive pilling, pet hair, and odors
- Neatly folded (no hangers, please!)
- All zippers, buttons, and snaps must be fastened.
drop off
We accept drop-offs:
- The first 7 days of each month, and
- Every Wednesday throughout the month.
No appointment needed. Just swing by during store hours. Easy.
consigned items
Once your item is accepted, it’ll be added to our shop.
- You earn 35% of the sale price when your items sell.
- Items stay on the floor for 4 months. After that, anything unsold will be donated to local charities.
We’re proud to support organizations like Mamas for Mamas and Made by Momma, helping local families in meaningful ways.
get paid
Use your balance however works best for you. You can request a payout or use your credit in-store for your next great find.
- Request a payout anytime. Just reach out and we’ll add you to the list.
- Payouts are sent via e-transfer at the end of each month.
- Or, use your consignment credit in-store whenever you like.
WHAT WE ACCEPT
We focus on stylish, gently loved items that are clean, current, and in excellent condition. Our goal is to offer a curated selection of beautiful, functional pieces for every stage of parenthood.
We accept:
- Maternity clothing (all sizes)
- Postnatal + nursing wear
- Baby + toddler clothes (preemie to 6T)
- Carriers (wraps, slings, structured, etc.)
- Diaper bags
- Shoes (baby, toddler)
- Accessories (bibs, hats, socks, mittens, etc.)
A NOTE ON QUALITY
We are passionate about sustainability and mindful consumption. To keep things curated and reduce waste, we are limiting our intake of fast fashion or budget brands such as: Shein, Pat Pat, George, Pekkle, Kirkland, The Children’s Place, Carter’s.
